The firm's Smart Resourcing initiative uses industry-leading processes and artificial intelligence toolsets to provide unique decision support for staffing client engagements. The tool includes in-house developed technology for allocating and tracking work requests, identifying skills development areas, and calculating diversity, equity and inclusion metrics.

Smart Resourcing allows lawyers to check and see whether their skills are being underutilized, and it helps the firm field diverse lawyer teams that successfully resolve client legal issues. The firm is providing more insightful data about client, business and personnel situations, which in turn allows for better client, business and personnel outcomes.
