Mr. Turner is a leading energy and commodities trading lawyer and a founding partner of Reed Smith’s Houston office. He focuses his practice on the fast-changing and evolving energy and commodity markets—principally related to the business of the physical and financial trading of energy commodities. He has been involved in the regulatory and commercial structuring and restructuring of transactions in the energy industry, including the implications of ongoing regulatory changes to the physical, futures and derivatives markets.
Mr. Nazario advises clients regarding physical power, oil and gas trading, derivatives transactions and Dodd-Frank Act compliance. He is experienced with negotiating, drafting, and assisting clients with power, oil and gas contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, general terms and conditions, ISDA master agreements, credit facilities, security agreements, EEI master agreements, NAESB master agreements, LEAP master agreements, master repurchase agreements, netting agreements, guarantees, letters of credit, marine terms, trade confirmations, master purchase and sale agreements and terminaling storage and throughput agreements.
Deonne Cunningham Nauls is counsel of Marketing for Noble Energy, Inc. Deonne’s responsibilities include overseeing legal matters for the Noble Energy Marketing group, which manages the physical movement of Noble’s natural gas, crude oil and condensate production by engaging in the scheduling, trading, purchase, sale, transmission, transportation and marketing of such commodities and related financial transactions.
