Oliver specialises in complex commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, typically in multi-jurisdictional circumstances with multiple stakeholders.
In his commercial practice, Oliver covers a wide range of industries, including banking and financial services, manufacturing, the automotive industry, life sciences, real estate, energy and natural resources. What is getting ever more important in this context is representing clients in order to achieve preliminary legal protection (attachment and temporary restraining orders) and advising them on cross-border litigation and restructuring, as well as insolvency-related scenarios. In addition, Oliver advises on compliance-related matters.
In addition to general corporate law disputes and classic post-M&A and intercompany disputes, the corporate litigation practice area covers, in particular, the representation of clients in disputes between investors/shareholders and/or management.
