The good, the bad, and the ugly: The best and worst prescription drug/medical device decisions of 2024

Each year since 2007, James Beck, co-founder of the popular Drug and Device Law blog, has compiled and posted lists of the 10 best and 10 worst drug and medical device court decisions for that year, with input from his fellow drug and device law bloggers.

These cases are selected based on their likely precedential value, importance to drug and device manufacturers, and inherent (and subjective) merit. This seminar presents these decisions, and what they mean about the direction of the law in this space, in a more in-depth and informative setting.
