Anthony will join the panel, “Practical Issues and Workflows of Generative AI,” from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The discussion will focus on practical challenges related to electronically stored information (ESI) stored within and generated by generative AI applications, as well as approaches for developing defensible workflows and explaining the use of generative AI in litigation.

Topics will include:

  • Roles and responsibilities for e-discovery team members implementing generative AI
  • Documenting compliance with legal requirements while creating efficient, defensible workflows
  • Emerging evidentiary issues organizations and counsel may face as generative AI adoption expands
