Eric is a partner in the firm’s Entertainment & Media Industry Group. He represents recording artists, producers, songwriters, influencers, executives, and other talent, as well as various companies throughout the entertainment industry.
Eric regularly works with the firm’s most high-profile recording artists and entertainment clients, including representing such clients in drafting and negotiating recording and music publishing agreements, Super Bowl performance agreements, endorsement agreements, touring agreements, residency agreements, merchandising agreements, and copyright acquisition agreements. Additionally, Eric counsels digital service providers with respect to music licensing and content distribution activities.

Prior to joining Reed Smith, Eric was an in-house attorney at Warner Music Group.
