Nick is a member of the Global Commercial Disputes Group. His practice focuses on advising clients on, and litigating matters involving, corporate and alternative entity formation, governance, control, fiduciary duties, statutory and contractual rights, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and director and officer liability insurance. He maintains a national practice, having litigated cases for some of the world’s largest companies in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration tribunals around the United States.
Nick has extensive experience seeking and defending temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and their equivalents. As a member of the firm’s Emergency Injunctions, Temporary Relief, and Equivalents team, Nick advises clients throughout the life cycle of the emergency relief process – from pre-litigation advocacy to post-litigation resolution.
In addition, as a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) champion, Nick has taken on a variety of leadership roles both inside and outside the firm. This includes serving as the associate chair of the firm’s Hispanic/Latinx business inclusion group (UNIDOS), the associate chair of the Philadelphia office’s DE&I committee, a member of the Philadelphia Office’s Racial Equity Plan team, and the vice president of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Region IV (Delaware and Pennsylvania).
