Will has handled international arbitrations before each of the major arbitral institutions and has handled arbitrations with seats throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America. He has handled arbitrations governed by a wide variety of national laws. Will is a member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Roster of Neutrals, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Roster of Neutrals, and the AAA National Energy Panel of Neutrals. He was selected by the Center for American and International Law (Institute for Energy Law Section) for inclusion on the Energy Arbitrators List. He has served as an arbitrator in multiple commercial cases.

Will has written articles and given multiple presentations around the world, in English and in Spanish, focusing on practical aspects of international arbitration and litigation.
