Constantin brings with him experience representing major banks as lenders and agents in syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities in connection with secured and unsecured financings. He has drafted, negotiated and assisted in the preparation of primary and ancillary documentation, such as credit agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements and amendments, restatements, extensions and waivers thereof, for a variety of domestic and international senior and subordinate lending structures, including syndicated and non-syndicated credit agreements, refinancings, restructurings and other commercial loans.
