
Steve’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, including shareholder and boardroom disputes, company liquidations and bankruptcy cases, commodities disputes, banking litigation, asset recovery, receiverships, and other contentious matters. He also advises on a wide range of non-contentious matters, such as employment, privacy, and banking- and insurance-related matters. He has experience in regulatory and disciplinary matters relating to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission, and insurance intermediaries. He has also been involved in white-collar crime matters involving the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Commercial Crime Bureau.
