Richard has 30 years of experience representing clients on Asset and Equipment Finance transactions as both in-house and outside counsel. He focuses on wing-to-wing aspects of credit, structuring, and risk issues arising in equipment finance transactions, including: deal origination, workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy, and litigation. Richard’s areas of practice and industry experience includes aviation (litigation, restructuring and insolvency), commercial distribution finance, equipment finance, inventory finance, transportation finance, and vendor finance in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Richard represents both lessors and lessees and is a key member of their deal teams.
