Graham designs and manufactures mission-critical fluid, power, heat transfer, and vacuum technologies for the defense, energy and process, and space markets.
The transaction adds advanced materials processing as a third core platform for Graham alongside its existing vacuum and heat transfer systems and turbomachinery capabilities, broadening the company’s scope to serve customers with needs spanning rotating machinery, vacuum environments, thermal management, and materials processing.
