Reed Smith advises FlackTek on $35 million sale to Graham Corporation

ATLANTA – Global law firm Reed Smith represented FlackTek Manufacturing, LLC and FlackTek Sales, LLC in their sale to Graham Corporation for $35 million, with the potential for an additional $25 million in future performance-based earnouts over four years.
