Reed Smith advises NaturPak on sale by Trivest to PPC

CHICAGO — Global law firm Reed Smith represented Trivest Partners and IPMF, LLC, doing business as NaturPak, a manufacturer of bone broths, soups, sauces, wet pet food, and food ingredients for national retailers and brands, on its sale by Trivest Growth Investment Fund II to Pritzker Private Capital (“PPC”).

The team was led by Nick Gibson, Kristen Capriotti, Crockett Stevenson, and Sudeep Kalkunte, with support from Constantine Karides, Brad Schmarak, David Hayes, Simon Kliegman, Ian Sherwin, Paulo McKeeby, Daniel Hagedorn, Michelle Mantine, Cori Goldberg, A.J.
