NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith recently represented Revelyst, Inc., a collective of brands that design and manufacture sports technology and outdoor gear, in the sale of its off-road electric bike business, QuietKat, to Rad Life Mobility, an electric mobility platform focused on acquiring, developing, and scaling electric bicycle and micro-mobility brands. Rad Life Mobility is a subsidiary of Life Electric Vehicles Holdings, Inc.

The sale supports Revelyst's focus on its core portfolio and provides QuietKat with a foundation for continued investment in product development and expanded dealer and retail channel support.

The Reed Smith deal team was led by Private Equity Group Global Vice-Chair Chris Sheaffer, Anatoliy Rozental, Lowell Bourgeois, and Jenna Johnston, with support from Simon Kliegman, Erin Stidham, Michael Jacobs, and Peter Emmi.
