Thomas has a wealth of experience obtaining significant recoveries for corporate and institutional policyholders under a broad range of coverages, including financial guaranty and collateral protection, directors’ and officers’ liability, cybersecurity and privacy, commercial general liability, and commercial property and business interruption. He also represents individual property owners in high-value claims arising from wildfires and other natural disasters.
