Sax-Bolder represents debtors, lenders, purchasers, secured creditors, equity holders and strategic investors in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, receiverships, foreclosures, out-of-court restructurings, and dissolutions. She provides strategic counsel to across all stages of financial distress, including advising boards of directors and other stakeholders. She litigates adversary proceedings, arbitrations, relief from stay matters, and property turnover disputes, and advises on bankruptcy risk in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and structured finance transactions.
