Agathe works on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and inbound investments. She assists clients with tax structuring, due diligence processes, and post-acquisition matters. Her practice also covers tax controversy and litigation.

She holds a master’s degree in tax law from Paris Dauphine University.
