EthiFinance and ESG Book, two established players in the global sustainability market, are combining their operations to offer financial institutions and issuers enhanced European expertise alongside international capabilities. The combined group will operate under the EthiFinance brand and will have more than 300 experts across Europe, the United States, India, and Japan. It will cover more than 10,000 issuers, rising to 76,000 for certain datasets, and serve more than 500 clients.
Founded in 2004 in Paris, EthiFinance is an independent European credit and sustainability rating agency.
Launched in 2018 and based in Frankfurt, ESG Book offers an ESG data, scoring, and analytics platform for international financial institutions.
