Alex is an associate in the firm’s Transportation Industry Group. He advises clients in litigation before the High Court and in ADR proceedings, as well as on the drafting and interpretation of clauses and charterparties.
He also advises on asset sale and purchase agreements and the broader underpinning financing structures common across the sector.
