Annie Crea Jensen

Annie is a debt finance associate in Reed Smith’s Austin office with extensive experience representing private investment funds, private credit participants, commercial borrowers, financial institutions, and alternative capital providers in financial transactions of all types. Her practice spans the capitalization table, ranging from senior secured first lien credit facilities to unsecured debt, preferred equity investments, and everything in between. Annie also regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters, credit facility compliance, and strategic initiatives, primarily in the energy and technology sectors.
