Carole has been involved in the real estate sector for over 17 years, acting on behalf of French and international clients and across all kinds of assets, including offices, warehouses, hotels, housing, and retail, as well as alternative assets (student or senior housing, schools, rented social housing, health care assets, data centres, and telecom towers). She has conducted large-scale real estate transactions (acquisitions, financings, and JVs) and property development transactions in France and North Africa, and advises her clients on asset management issues (leases, mandates, etc.).
