Courtney’s practice involves analysis and strategic recovery under a broad range of insurance products, including directors and officers liability, professional liability, cyber liability, commercial general liability, products liability, employment practices liability, property, fidelity and surety bond, crime, and fiduciary liability. Courtney represents public and private companies and non-profit organizations in multiple industries, including, but not limited to, financial services, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, and transportation.
