Hannah’s practice in the Emerging Technologies Group focuses on data protection, technology, and media law. She acts for national and multinational clients in disputes at the intersection of technology, data, and regulation, with a particular focus on complex privacy, cross border data, and platform litigation.
Hannah advises and represents national and multinational companies, including global cloud and infrastructure providers, online platforms, AI enabled services, and companies from the sports and e-commerce sectors, and frequently coordinates multi-jurisdictional strategies across the EU. In addition to disputes, Hannah supports clients with technology and commercial contracting, regulatory investigations, and governance frameworks for data driven products and services, with a focus on the intersection of privacy, content, and platform regulation.
Trained at a leading international law firm in Hamburg and Frankfurt, Hannah gained experience in litigation, intellectual property, and digital services and media regulation, with a focus on contentious platform and privacy matters. Fluent in German and English, she is a trusted point of contact for global businesses and an active commentator on developments in tech and data litigation, offering practical insights on emerging trends that shape the platform economy.
