Harrison is a partner in the Global Corporate Group. He advises on a broad range of UK tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate, finance, employee incentives, and real estate matters. He joined the firm in 2013.
Harrison has advised on numerous cross-border M&A deals, financing transactions, and EMI scheme arrangements. He also has experience in providing international tax structuring advice, particularly in the context of European real estate investment.
