Henry is Counsel in the Entertainment and Media Industry Group in London. He regularly advises clients in the creative industries across a broad range of digital content including film, TV, music and video games.
He trained as a finance lawyer with a focus on esoteric assets, and in particular has significant experience acting on complex film and TV financings, including many top-tier international productions. He also has experience acting for lenders (both banks and private credit) on high-profile financings in the sports, music and video games spaces.
Henry also advises rightsholders (whether record labels, production companies, online platforms or A-list talent) on a variety of legal issues including rights acquisitions, AI, content development and media regulation. He is frequently involved in catalogue acquisitions in the music and screen sectors.
Henry has a strong commitment to pro bono and works closely with various charities in the entertainment and mental health sectors.
