As an associate in the firm’s Real Estate group, Jessica has experience representing corporate clients, investors, real estate investment trusts and institutions with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Jessica counsels clients on a variety of commercial real estate assets, including office, student housing communities, manufacturing and industrial properties, healthcare and senior living projects, and medical office buildings.

Advised Vista Outdoor (“Vista”) in connection with the acquisition of the QuietKat, Inc., a premier hunting and overlanding e-bike brand that manufacturers all terrain – all electric fat-tire mountain bikes and e-bikes.
