Represented mutual fund advisers in SEC and state attorney general investigations of alleged improper mutual fund trading practices, alleged excessive mutual fund advisory fees and alleged mispricing of mutual fund shares. Also represented mutual fund advisers in putative class action and civil litigation arising from these investigations.
