Karnvir advises lenders and borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in respect of their national or international debt facilities. Karnvir’s practice mainly focuses on acquisition and leverage finance, bilateral and syndicated lending, direct lending and unitranche and super senior debt structures. Karnvir also has experience in fund finance.
Karnvir spent the first part of his career at Barclays Bank PLC (Investment Bank) supporting the debt finance and derivatives desks.

The acquisition was initially financed by a credit fund as a unitranche lender, with a UK bank acceding and providing a super senior revolving credit facility.
