Matt’s practice covers a wide range of investment work, including the formation, operation and restructuring of private funds, secondary sales, joint ventures, and managed accounts. He has advised institutional investors around the world (including pension funds, state plans, funds-of-funds and family offices) on more than US$5 billion of investments.
