Michael focuses his practice on advising hospital systems, medical device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies on regulatory compliance and investigation matters, including in relation to the False Claims Act. He also has a commercial disputes practice, encompassing federal pre-emption of tort claims, contract enforcement, and related appellate issues.
