Rose is a trusted advisor to clients across the commercial real estate industry, with a practice focused on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, commercial leasing, and development transactions. She represents a broad range of clients – including REITs, institutional investors, commercial landlords and tenants, borrowers, developers, private equity funds, owner-operators, and other investors and owners of real estate – in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Advised a major REIT client on the disposition and loan prepayment of a portfolio of 38 self-storage properties across the U.S.

Financings/Sale Leaseback
Represented a real estate development and investment firm involving a $174 million construction financing of a luxury condominium.
Represented a major REIT client in the sale/leaseback of 13 grocery stores located in several midwestern states.
Advised on the acquisition financing and construction financing of two multi-family developments in Brooklyn. NY.
Represented lending consortium led by a global bank in originating a Shari’ah compliant construction loan in New York.
Represented a global bank, as administrative agent and co-lender, together with a consortium of foreign banks in a $395 million construction financing of property in New York City. The property is an 88-story residential tower located in the Financial District of lower Manhattan, comprised of 273 residential condominium units.

Represented Chefs’ Warehouse on multiple leases as part of their US expansion effort.
Represented a major REIT client in connection to a real estate solar lease program.
Development Transactions
Represented global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company acquire a development parcel in Pennsylvania for the construction of a distribution center.
