Represents aircraft lessors in complex litigation against their insurance carriers for claims in excess of $2 billion for coverage in connection with the loss of dozens of aircraft leased to Russian airlines in the aftermath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Led a matter involving a claim by a financial institution under an Employment Practices Liability Insurance policy, resulting in a favorable settlement.
Secured coverage for a global financial institution under a fidelity bond policy for direct loss caused by illegal employee trading.
