Simon is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate and Tax Group. He advises inbound and outbound multinational companies, individuals, and investment funds on domestic and foreign tax matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and restructurings. Simon also advises companies on the design and implementation of tax-efficient operating models, including the development and licensing of intellectual property, the character and source of income, and transaction flows. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Simon was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the firm’s International Tax Services group.
