Torben advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective labor law. This includes daily advice as well as guidance on works councils’ co-determination rights, negotiations, and drafting of works agreements. Torben has special proficiency in resolving managing director disputes and structuring compensation models. Another focus of his work is ESG compliance for companies, where he supports them in implementing regulatory requirements into clearly defined, practicable guidelines. He also advises on international transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
