Zachary is a partner in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group in the New York office. As an experienced litigator, Zachary represents businesses across a broad range of industries in complex, high-stakes disputes before federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitral tribunals. Zachary has worked extensively in subject areas including commercial contracts, complex financial instruments, business torts, and pre- and post-closing M&A disputes.
