Ally focuses her practice on litigation and regulatory matters related to the managed care industry. She has succesfully represented clients across a wide spectrum of litigation disputes, spanning state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues. Ally is adept at skillfully navigating dispositive motions, conducting depositions, and has made significant contributions on multiple trial teams.
As an integral member of the Managed Care group, she adovcates for managed care organizations, health plans, and pharmacy benefit managers. Her extensive background includes representing, defending, and counseling clients in healthcare and managed care contract disputes, covering reimbursement issues, breach of contract claims, ERISA matters, and a myriad of state law issues.
In addition to her legal work, Ally is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors of the ACLD Tillotson School, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the courtroom.
