Roxana’s M&A experience includes transactions involving high-growth and innovation-led businesses in fintech, AI, health care, data and connected fitness. She has worked on acquisitions, disposals, minority and strategic investments, and other corporate transactions for scaling companies, investors and technology-focused businesses, including matters involving AI-driven platforms, health care data, logistics technology and digital fitness. Her experience spans growth-stage transactions through to significant minority investments and complex cross-border mandates, including transactions requiring coordination across multiple jurisdictions and specialist workstreams. She has also been named a Key Lawyer by The Legal 500.
Roxana brings practical commercial insight from a six-month in-house secondment at a leading global provider of information technology solutions, products and services, where she assisted with commercial contracts, data processing agreements, statements of work, business and legal queries, and company secretarial matters. That experience informs her M&A practice by helping her identify and address commercial, operational, data protection and procurement issues that commonly arise in diligence, transaction structuring, contract review and post-completion integration.
Roxana also has experience in technology and data protection matters, including negotiating data processing agreements and advising on general compliance issues. This supports her work with emerging and scaling businesses, particularly where transactions involve data-rich businesses, software, platforms, digital products or technology-enabled services.
Roxana is active in the firm’s pro bono work, particularly immigration-related projects, and has drafted and negotiated commercial contracts for pro bono clients.
