Roxana is an associate in the Global Corporate Group. She has experience working on a broad range of private and public corporate matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, commercial contracts, equity capital markets, and general corporate and commercial matters, which she has acted on for both domestic and multi-jurisdictional clients across a number of industry sectors.
Roxana gained valuable in-house experience by carrying out a six-month secondment at a leading global multi-brand provider of information technology solutions, products and services, where she drafted and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements and advised on various matters, including assisting the business through bids processes.
She also has experience in data protection matters from working in our Tech & Data team as a trainee, where she assisted with negotiating data processing agreements and advising on general compliance matters.
Roxana has been involved in various pro bono matters within the firm, and is particularly invested in our pro bono projects relating to immigration. She has also drafted and negotiated commercial contracts for some of the firm’s pro bono clients.
