Nick is a member of Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group and its Financial Services Litigation subgroup.  He has experience litigating a variety of complex commercial and financial industry disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.  Nick is well-versed in drafting pleadings, handling motion practice, and managing all aspects of discovery.  Nick litigates in both state and federal courts and has appeared before numerous JAMS, AAA, and CPR administered arbitration panels.
