Jim has over 25 years’ experience representing investors, developers, and owners in the acquisition, development, construction, financing, and leasing of all types of commercial real estate.
Working across a diverse range of asset classes – spanning from mixed-use projects to renewable energy projects and including health care facilities, student housing and multifamily communities, office and life sciences buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and manufacturing and industrial facilities – Jim’s practice has a specific emphasis on health care and senior living facilities, representing clients investing in medical outpatient buildings, specialty hospitals, senior living communities, and student housing and multifamily communities.
Jim also has significant experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including the structuring and formation of joint ventures and partnerships.
