As a member of the firm’s Regulatory & Investigations practice group, Bradley assists clients across the world with regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, as well as related litigation. He helps support foreign and domestic individuals and corporate clients with successfully navigating complex regulatory requirements within the international trade and government contracts and grants space.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Bradley interned in Business and Legal Affairs at United Talent Agency, served as an honors intern for the Office of the Strategic Hub for Innovation and Financial Technology (FinHub) at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and worked for a D.C. think tank where he focused on developments in proposed cryptocurrency regulations in the United States and the European Union. He also served as a judicial intern with the D.C. Superior Court, where he gained experience preparing legal memoranda, making recommendations regarding findings of probable cause, and assisting with over 80 traffic citation diversion hearings, criminal arraignments, and presentments.
