India focuses her practice on Structured Finance, representing issuers, placement agents, sponsors, mortgage loan sellers and investors in a variety of bespoke structured transactions. India has experience representing clients in various markets, including New York and multiple cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, India clerked for the Honorable Alison C. Conlon in the Cook County - Chancery Division. India now has an active pro bono practice, volunteering with the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services – Chancery Division Court Litigation Program. India is passionate about public service and pro bono work. Before her work as an attorney, India advised under-represented persons with disabilities in Chicago at Equip for Equality.
