Natasha’s practice focuses on product liability litigation. She has substantial experience acting as national and local counsel with responsibility for cases at the state and federal trial court levels, including multi-district litigation, class actions, and coordinated proceedings.

Her recent experience includes defending medical device companies against product liability and sales representative negligence claims. In these matters, Natasha is sought after for her ability to provide both big picture and day-to-day strategic guidance, fine-tune complex legal briefing, handle sensitive fact investigations and witness preparation, and advise on e-discovery practices. She also has considerable experience helping to prepare cases and large numbers of unfiled claims for mediations and settlement. Her representative matters include:

• Acting as the lead attorney and day-to-day strategist for cases filed nationwide against a manufacturer of various medical devices, including pain and cardiac management devices.
• Serving as the firm’s e-discovery liaison with medical device manufacturer client, and providing guidance on discovery positions across cases filed against client.
• Defending a medical device manufacturer against attempts to broaden the scope of its sales representatives’ duties under state law.
• Leading teams of attorneys, paralegals, and medical analysts in preparing for mediations and group and individual settlements of unfiled claims against a medical device manufacturer.
• Acting as the lead attorney for all West Coast cases for a multi-district litigation involving pelvic mesh.
