David Cohen will participate in the "eDiscovery Special Master Program" along with Honorable Joy Flowers Conti from 11:25 am -12:10 pm and will moderate a "Judges Roundtable Discussion on the State of eDiscovery in State and Federal Courts" with Judge Conti, Honorable Nora Barry Fischer, Honorable Mark Hornak, Honorable Arthur Schwab and Honorable Christine A. Ward from 12:15 pm -1:00 pm.

The event is the second hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Allegheny County Bar Association's Legal Technology and e-Discovery Committee and will address how technology influences discovery in intellectual property cases, employment cases, prosecutions, social media and more.
