Since 2007, Jim Beck (Bexis) has compiled annual lists of the 10 best and 10 worst judicial rulings in cases involving pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. These cases are selected based on their likely precedential value, their importance to manufacturers, and their inherent (and subjective) merit.

Join Bexis, along with fellow Reed Smith attorneys Steven Boranian and Steve McConnell, for a one-hour teleseminar discussing these 20 cases. Topics include innovator liability, attorney general actions, Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA) jurisdiction, generic preemption, "Good Samaritan" liability targets, prescription drug design defect claims and preemption, Daubert expert issues, off-label promotion, and more. The presenters will explain the significance - whether good or bad - of each case and provide insight into how they will likely be influential in the future.
