Reed Smith's private equity team are hosting a morning seminar examining issues arising on the acquisition of a business by a portfolio company through an interactive case study, allowing you to further your understanding of legal aspects of private equity transactions in today’s market.

Topics covered include common acquisition issues (such as the term sheet, conditionality, appropriate level of warranty cover and positive/negative covenants) as well as team changes and matters relating to financing the acquisition.

This seminar is free and open to junior to mid-level investment professionals and those wanting to gain a better understanding of the legal elements of private equity transactions. Attending the whole seminar equates to 3 CPD points.
