Join Reed Smith for an update on CFTC regulations affecting EU businesses with respect to commodities and derivatives.
The topics covered will include: review of recent enforcement matters, insider trading, reporting, OTC margin under the CFTC’s and Prudential Regulators’ final rules, documentation updates, position limits, commodity funds regulations, HFT and algorithmic trading, cybersecurity, cross-border, clearing and trading reciprocity between the EU and the US, energy, forex and metals trading issues. The seminar will provide 1 hour of CLE (for US qualified lawyers) and CPD (for UK qualified lawyers) and 15 minutes of ethics credits.
