This special edition will feature a Year in Review, recapping many changes implemented by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and New York City Department of Finance during 2017. Specifically, the webinar will address:

  • Procedural and policy developments;
  • Analysis and insight of important case law decisions; and
  • Updates and developments regarding corporate tax reform, including analysis of potential traps and opportunities
