Mary Balaster is presenting on the topic “Realities of implementing the new EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP). This session will cover the RMP rulemaking history, its current status, and potential future. Additionally, it will address interpretation questions related to the implementation of the new requirements. Finally, Mary will encourage discussion and sharing between participants regarding practical solutions that have been developed to address the changes and differences between the new rule and other process safety management (“PSM”) requirements.
