Young lawyers, especially those working for large firms, often struggle to get courtroom standup time. To address this well-documented issue, many judges now have rules that encourage the use of young lawyers for oral arguments. Hosted by the Business Torts and Unfair Competition Litigation Committee, the roundtable will reflect on the success of these initiatives and discuss why it is important for our bar (and good for clients) that not only for young lawyers, but also diverse and female ones, receive such opportunities.
