Then ICC YAAF representatives and Rekha Rangachari from the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) will facilitate the session that includes two separate debates: (1) Jurisdiction: Should the model law be amended? and (2) Arbitrator Appointment: Party v. institutional appointment.
